The vehicle cannot be tested due to its current condition with significant mechanical and structural issues including disassembled engine components, missing steering wheel parts, inoperable doors, and extensive interior and exterior damage. The bidder will receive an SF-97 with the following statement SALVAGE ONLY- NOT TO BE TITLED FOR HIGHWAY USE. The SF-97 will not be changed.
