The SF-97, issued as "Not to be titled for highway use," will be provided to the registered individual or company and mailed to the registered address after payment is received.

Inspection and Removal

All items are sold as is and bidders are responsible for packing, loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located.

The purchaser will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary for removal of the property, to include packing, loading and transportation of the property.

If forklift assistance is needed a waiver must be signed.
