***DURING COORDINATION AND SCHEDULING, THE BUYER AND PROPERTY CUSTODIANS WILL EXCHANGE AND VERIFY INVOICE DATA: NAME OF THE BUYER AND SALE NUMBER.  

***SHOULD A BUYER OR THIRD-PARTY TRANSPORTATION COMPANY ARRIVE AT THE INSTALLATION GATE WITHOUT FIRST COORDINATING WITH THE VEHICLE PROPERTY CUSTODIAN, THEY WILL BE TURNED AWAY UNTIL THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION IS SATISFIED.  

***AS A BUYER YOU SHOULD BE ASKING WHAT TYPE OF TRAILER YOU MAY NEED FOR PICKUP SHOULD THE VEHICLE BE INOPERABLE.   

***THE AIR FORCE IS NOT REQUIRED TO LOAD YOUR ASSET ONTO THE TRAILER AND THE BUYER SHOULD BE PREPARED IF THE INSTALLATION/BASE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE THIS TYPE OF SUPPORT.
