(1) 2024 Gulfstream manufactured home trailer. The trailer is classified in repairable condition. The unit shows normal wear and tear with some missing components including the propane tank cover.

This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.

The unit exhibits normal wear and tear throughout.

The propane tank cover is missing.

Additional missing items, damages, or required repairs may exist that were not identified during inspection.

Inspection and Removal

Viewing is online only. Pickups are by appointment only Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2:30 PM, weather permitting and closed holidays.

Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location.

A 24-hour notice is required for pickups.

Those acquiring units are responsible for safe removal from the site.

The property custodian will not assist in the preparation or loading of any unit.

Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form and a valid driver's license at the time of removal.

No pets or firearms allowed on this site.
