(1) 2022 Champion FEMA NG 14F2 manufactured home trailer. The trailer is classified in repairable condition. The unit shows normal wear and tear with several noted damages including a hole in the bedroom door, stained mattresses, bowing and loose trim throughout, and damaged siding at the rear.

Those acquiring units are responsible for safe removal from the site.

The property custodian will not assist in the preparation or loading of any unit.

Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form and a valid driver's license at the time of removal.
