The vehicle was used as an institutional transport van and has been parked for over two years but was running when parked. The vehicle requires repairs including steering rack and pinion seal replacement due to power steering fluid leaks and A/C system repairs due to leaks. The frame and body have rust spots, interior has damage, and exterior has scrapes, scratches, dents and cracked plastic.
