Overview

2004 ActionCraft Products 1910 Coastal Bay vessel with 2010 Evinrude E175DPXII outboard motor and 2004 Boatmaster 2022TL trailer. This lot is in used condition. The three items are sold together as a bundle and will not be separated for individual sale.

Condition & Markings

This lot is in used condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required.

Vessel is not seaworthy.

Vessel has rotten and cracked deck that is nearly broken in half.

Missing T-top and center console.

Mold present on deck.

Engine does not run and motor mount is rusted.

All rigging has been removed from the motor.

Trailer has bad tires, broken bunks, broken lights, rusted axles, and inoperable brakes.

Inspection and Removal

Purchaser must sign a hazardous form. Click on the below Hazardous Form under Additional Documents link to print, sign and email to ericl.jackson@gsa.gov or fax to 202-692-3222. Payment will be blocked until the required form is received. This is considered to be hazardous materials and the bidder will have to comply with all regulations and restrictions for local, state, and federal governments in regards to transportation and disposal of hazardous materials. The bidder hereby certifies that if awarded a contract under this invitation for bids, the bidder will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the government harmless from any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the hazardous items purchased.
