Battery is inoperable. Owning federal agency also reports this vehicle needs the timing belt replaced. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. Vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No mechanical inspection performed. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
