The Deficiencies noted include but are not limited to: Vehicle does not have a battery. The Owning Federal Agency reports that this vehicle is not operational and did not start, the battery had been replaced and the issue was undiagnosed. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
