Tires are worn and need replaced, there is undercarriage oxidation. Owning agency also reports this vehicle needs cam shaft replaced, coolant fluid flush and AC recharge. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. Vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
