Battery is inoperable and warning wrench is on. Owning agency also reports that the auxiliary battery needs to be replaced. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. Vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
