The Owning Federal Agency reports that this vehicle has a dead battery; brakes need to be replaced; there are mechanical problems; repairs needed from coolant system and drive train; tires are worn or flat and need to be replaced; body damage including dents, rust and scratches. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
