The Owning Federal Agency reports that this vehicle is not operational due to the main battery assembly needing replacement and reprogramming. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
