The Owning Federal Agency reports that this vehicle is not operational and needs a new battery. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.

Buyer will need to bring the equipment and personnel needed to load this vehicle; the Auction House is unable to assist.
