1990 Navistar International 4900 6x6 fire fighting truck, starts with a jump but does not move due to a bad clutch. A new ignition switch has been installed. (47749T62440027) repairable

Vehicle starts with a jump start but transmission does not engage.

Clutch requires replacement.
