Inspection and Removal

Visual inspections are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM by appointment only. Contact Tiffany Verdusco at tiffany.verdusco@usda.gov to schedule.

The trailer is not permitted to be test driven, and no items may be removed from the trailer during inspection.

Payments and titles are not handled by the selling agency. Only the GSA Sales contractor listed on the receipt can answer questions and collect payments.

For third-party removal, the buyer must provide a Letter of Authorization that includes the name of the authorized party, the sale and lot number, and a copy of the receipt with the buyer's signature.
