Vehicles are not permitted to be test driven, no mechanical devices are allowed to be hooked up to vehicle, no removing any items under the hood.
Buyers are responsible for loading and removing all property from the exact place the property is located.
Payments and titles are not handled by selling agency, only GSA Sales contractor listed on the receipt will be able to answer questions and collect payments.
If buyer designates third party to remove property, buyer must send a Letter of Authorization allowing removal of property including the name of the authorized party, sale and lot number, and copy of purchaser's receipt with buyer's signature.
