1990 International 4700 utility with manual transmission showing 12,941 miles. This non-running vehicle has been idle for years and requires extensive repairs. A superficial inspection indicates it needs engine, drive train, wheels, tires, and brake work. Once the engine is functional, the electrical, air brake, cooling, and fire pump systems can be evaluated. Mechanically deficient.
