Level 3 charging is a type of electric vehicle charging that utilizes DC fast charging technology to provide high-powered charging capabilities. Also known as “DCFC” (Direct Current Fast Charging).
Level 3 charging can provide charging speeds of up to 350 kilowatts, which can charge an electric vehicle to 80% capacity in as little as 20-30 minutes, depending on the vehicle’s battery size and charging capabilities.
