EV range anxiety is quickly becoming a thing of the past due to the availability of fully-electric SUVs with top travel ranges of 300 miles or more, and the introduction of DC-fast charging.
These 300 miles plus vehicles are able to cover long distances without needing to stop for charging – that’s far more than the average American drive in a week. This is further aided by the development of public charging infrastructures, which are making it easier for drivers to find places to charge their vehicles.
Battery tech from Tesla and others are evolving, fast
The batteries in these vehicles are becoming more efficient and can be recharged in a relatively short amount of time. All of these advancements in the EV market are making it easier for drivers to trust in their vehicles and feel confident that they will be able to reach their destination without needing to worry about running out of charge.
