Battery inoperable, left sliding door inoperable and there is undercarriage oxidation. Owning agency also reports transmission needs repaired/replaced; front brake pads and rotors need to be replaced; needs at least two new tires, needs an oil change and spark plug replacement. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. Vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
