The Owning Federal Agency reports that this vehicle requires engine repairs; has a dead battery; there are mechanical problems; tires are worn or flat and need to be replaced; there is body damage including dents, rust and scratches; windows are cracked; needs replacement to valve cover gasket, front struts, tires and EVAP canister. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
